Following a mission in Brazil (1999-2000) as part of a Franco-Brazilian research contract, from 2001 to 2017 she held various positions within the PSA Peugeot Citro\u00ebn Group \u2013 now Stellantis \u2013 including more than 10 years in public affairs for vehicle type approval and for the European research framework program. From 2014 to 2017, as sherpa to the research director, she was spokesperson for the PSA group within the EUCAR association and the PPP European Green Vehicle Initiative.
A graduate of Universit\u00e9 Paris-Saclay and holder of a doctorate from the \u00c9cole des Mines de Paris, between 1994 and 2001 she worked for various industrial sectors (aerospace, pharmaceuticals, oil). He has been director of the CEMI research center since 1996.
He was a consultant to the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs (1987-1990) and the French Ministry of Defense (1989-2003). He was chief economist of TACIS-UEPLAC in Kiev (1999-2002).
He is a member of the scientific editorial board of Problemy Prognozirovanya (Moscow) and Economic and Social Changes (Vologda). He has been editor-in-chief of the monthly World Oil since 1999 and has contributed to Post-Soviet Affairs. He has written 31 books.
