En 2003 d\u00e9j\u00e0, le SRAS secouait le globe et mettait en \u00e9vidence les risques d\u2019une globalisation des \u00e9changes.<\/p>\n<p>La nouvelle pand\u00e9mie \u00e0 permis de se rendre compte, d\u2019une part de l\u2019emprise que pouvait avoir le gouvernement chinois sur son peuple. Et d\u2019autre part, on a pu observer la strat\u00e9gie de la Chine vis-\u00e0-vis de l\u2019OMS et plus largement la mani\u00e8re dont elle a pr\u00e9tendu contr\u00f4ler la situation aux yeux de la sc\u00e8ne internationale.<\/p>\n<p>Ce fut un rappel pour l\u2019\u00e9tat Fran\u00e7ais que la d\u00e9localisation de son industrie pharmaceutique soulevait un probl\u00e8me de souverainet\u00e9 sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. \u00c0 l\u2019inverse, ce rapport pointe les diff\u00e9rentes forces de l\u2019\u00e9conomie Chinoise, \u00e0 l\u2019image de ses r\u00e9serves de terres rares ou encore des routes de la soie en construction.
